At Olive Branch Baby Boutique we stand behind every one of our baby clothing products 100%. Each product is sourced with fabric and sizing in mind to insure complete satisfaction to each and every one of our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase please send an email to info@olivebranchbabyboutique.com within seven days of receiving your order. 

If a refund is agreed upon, please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and each refund is on a case by case basis. All items must be returned in original package with tags in place. Discounted items are final sale and may not be returned. Returned items must have no visible sign of wear or use. Refund will not be issued until all items are received by Olive Branch Baby Boutique.

Customer will be offered an in-store credit, refund or exchange.

Shipping POLICY

Order processing takes 1-5 business days, once processing is completed it is shipped. Shipping can take up to 7 business days. Once shipped Olive Branch Baby Boutique is no longer responsible for your package.
